SAUSAGE BREAD ROLLS
These super soft sausage bread rolls are very easy to put together and bare best served for breakfast, dinner or as a snack.
INGREDIENTS:
250 gr flour
3 gr dry yeast
12 gr sugar
1 egg
42 gr butter
125 ml warm milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 sausages
1 beaten egg and parsley for garnish

SAUSAGE BREAD ROLLS
These super soft sausage bread rolls are very easy to put together and bare best served for breakfast, dinner or as a snack.

METHOD:
1. In a bowl, add flour, dry yeast, sugar, egg, melted butter, milk and salt. Mix and work well until you have a homogeneous mixture. Let it sit for 90 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 12 portions, then roll out and roll each.
3. Wrap around the frankfurters and let stand 30 minutes.
4. Then cover with a beaten egg and add some parsley.
5. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
