Pudding and cookie cake: soft and delicate!

Milk, sugar, chocolate and some cookies to make the most easy and delicious dessert ever:

INGREDIENTS:

750ml (3 cups) of milk 

125g (1/2 cup) of sugar 

25g (2 tbsp) of cocoa powder 

7g  of agar-agar 

125g of dark chocolate 

Cookies  

METHOD:

1. In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and agar-agar, sift in cocoa powder, add in chocolate and cook on low heat until thick. 

2. Transfer to the mold one cup of the mixture, cover with cookies and repeat a few times. 

3. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

4. Enjoy your Pudding and cookie cake.
