Lemon donut cake

I. LEMON GIANT DONUT: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Fluffy and full of flavor, this cake is so fragrant and delicious. It’s impossible to resist. Save the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 lemons

Lemon peel

80 ml lemon juice

4 medium eggs

260 gr sugar

170 ml sunflower oil

170 ml milk

260 gr flour 00

70 gr potato starch

a sachet of baking powder

METHOD:

1. Blend the lemon zest and juice together.

2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the oil, lemon paste, milk, flour, starch and yeast.

3. Pour the mixture into the donut mold and bake at 356°F/180° for 35/40 minutes.
