DORAYAKI WITH HAZELNUT CREAM

Ingredients:

2 eggs 50g of sugar
100g of flour
60ml of water baking powder
20g of honey

Preparation:

  1. Mix eggs with sugar, then add honey, baking powder and flour.
  2. Beat until the dough is smooth.
  3. Over medium low heat, drop 1/8 cup batter into skillet, like a pancake. Cook about 2 minutes until the surface of the pancake is very bubbly and the edges are dry.
  4. Flip and cook 1 more minute.
  5. Fill with hazelnut cream.
