If you love chocolate and bananas then this is the best chocolate banana bread you will ever have. Chocolate chips and cocoa powder will give your bananas a deep chocolate flavor. In a large bowl, start adding the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda then use a whisk to whisk everything together and set that aside.

For the wet ingredients in a large bowl, add the mashed banans, melted butter and this is what will give your bananas a great flavor and texture, add in the brown sugar, and adding the sugar to the wet ingredients will help melt the sugar easily. Add in two eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and mix until everything is well blended.

Take the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients in batches and mix until well blended before adding the other batch. When you have added all the dry ingredients, mix just until all the flour is moistened and there are no lumps from the flour then add the chocolate chips. You can also use chocolate bars the have been randomly chopped and they will also be great once this cake is baked.

Pour the banana bread mixture into a prepared loaf pan and sprinkle more chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 35 minutes. 1 cup (120 grams) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (50 grams ) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 cups( 525 grams) mashed bananas
1/4 cup (55 grams) of unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup (60ml) of vegetable oil
3/4 cups (150 grams) of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 medium eggs
3/4 cups (130 grams) semisweet chocolate chips
